Gemini are known for building some of the most durable RIBs on the market and proudly launch perhaps their hardiest yet with the impressive new Waverider 1060 Cabin RIB. 'Designed to take on the harshest of conditions in unparalleled comfort and security.'
UK-built by Berthon RIB Solutions, this capable 10.6m multi-chine, deep-vee hull with a state-of-the-art, fully enclosable cabin provides incomparable shelter from the elements to take on ferocious conditions. Boasting enough internal space for crew and extensive amounts of equipment, whilst having no impact on its outstanding sea-keeping.
Known for providing workhorses for commercial and military purposes, the tubes are made from 1670 dtex Hypalon and wrapped in two robust shark fin rubbing strakes. Access throughout the deck are functional from the sides and with an optional bow access through a seperate forward hatch.
The options include having a seperate forward cabin with a galley, toilet and berths or a more basic plan for storing equipment. Built for a range of varying environments, the 1060 can have AC, heating systems, demisters and even night-vision, as part of a range of electronic options with varying shock-absorbing seating plans and an open T-top version.
The Waverider 1060 Cabin Top comes with a CE Category B Certificate if required and is fully compliant with MCA Workboat Code 2. This boat can be certified for Category 2, up to 60nm from land in day and night.
